Materials

I use a wide range of materials to create the pieces in my art portfolio, depending on what surface I’m working on. For pieces done on paper, I primarily use black fine-tipped pens for the design, and alcohol markers or fine-liner pens to color them in.

Pieces created on canvas are first outlined with a black Sharpie or paint pen. I then add color using paint and a miniature paintbrush. Finally, I spray it all with a satin finish to protect it from the elements.
